Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Reactta Inc. ("Reactta", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

 

1. Services Provided - Reactta provides either “off hours – 128 hours weekly” or 24/7 live call answering and dispatch support, tailored for the restoration and emergency service industries. Our services may include:

  • Live call reception and intake

  • Call dispatching based on client-defined protocols

  • Messaging via SMS, email, and other communication tools

  • CRM and dashboard integration

  • Call log reporting and analytics

  • Any additional calls over plan amount will be $8.00 per call

 

2. Eligibility - You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services.

 

3. Client Responsibilities - By engaging with Reactta, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business details and authorized contact persons

  • Maintain up-to-date call handling instructions and dispatch protocols

  • Ensure payment information is accurate and up to date

  • Inform Reactta of any service changes, outages, or special requests

 

4. Service Access and Availability - We aim to provide uninterrupted, “off hours – 128 hours weekly” or 24/7 service. However, we may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates, and we are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, natural disasters, third-party failures).

 

 

5. Billing and Payment - Reactta offers flexible pricing plans (monthly or custom) based on service volume. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Billing is per calendar month and due in advance or net 15 days.

  • Per-call billing is based on completed inbound interactions, not call duration.

  • Late payments may incur a fee or suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

6. Call Recording and Data Use - Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping purposes. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with call recording laws in their jurisdictions. All data collected is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

 

7. Intellectual Property - All content, processes, scripts, and systems developed by Reactta are the intellectual property of Reactta Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose them without written consent.

 

8. Confidentiality - Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes client procedures, customer data, pricing, and business strategy.

 

9. Limitation of Liability - Reactta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or disruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 30 days prior to any claim.

 

10. Termination - Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Reactta may terminate services immediately in the case of:

  • Non-payment

  • Abusive behavior toward staff

  • Use of services for unlawful purposes

Upon termination, outstanding invoices remain payable and access to service data may be revoked.

 

11. Modifications - We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review them regularly.

 

12. Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
